Because we are a US company, Canadian and international customers may receive a foreign transaction fee for their purchase, depending on their bank/payment provider’s rules.

Shipping & Processing

We lovingly hand-package and ship your orders out in record time so that you receive your product quickly and can start creating & crafting!  Our incredibly fast processing time is what sets us apart as a company.  99% of our orders are shipped same or next business day.

We offer a variety of shipping options so you can receive your supplies and begin crafting asap! 

• $10 flat-rate shipping for orders within Canada and the US.

• FREE SHIPPING for US and Canadian orders over $150 (after applicable discounts and before taxes)

• Priority shipping upgrades with 1-3 day delivery time. Based on location and weight of package. (*No PO box addresses can be used for Priority shipping.)

Yes!  We love providing products and service for all of our US and international customers. We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Please note that all Canadian and international customers may be subject to customs, taxes and/or duty fees in their home country, and these are solely the responsibility of the customer.

Yes!  Local pick-up will come up as an option at checkout for customers.

Our pick-up location is in Warren, Pennsylvania, USA.  

If you have selected this option at checkout, we will email you specific pick-up details once we have finished packaging your order.

If you have received a shipment confirmation email from us, but your tracking number is not updating immediately, do not be alarmed!  At times, tracking number updates can be delayed for a day or two.  Hang tight, and most likely you will see an update come within one or two days after we have shipped your order.

Returns & Cancellations

Our return policy lasts for 10 days.  If 10 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.  It must be unopened and in its original packaging. Note that there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returned items or orders.

Gift-cards are non-refundable or returnable.

Order cancellation requests must be made within one hour of purchase.  In order to cover the costs incurred from cancelled orders, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied to ALL cancelled orders.

Safety & Care

Safety is of utmost importance to us as a company so that you can craft with confidence.

In order to ensure that our food-grade silicone products meet the highest standards of safety, they have been rigorously tested by independent, third-party governing safety facilities.  

Gift-cards are non-refundable or returnable.

It is important that our products are cared for appropriately and conscientiously. This will help protect them from damage or unsafe use.

Silicone is freezer and top-rack dishwasher safe. Wash with mild soap and warm water; lay flat to dry.

It’s our rewards program and way to say thank you for your continued, loyal support.  Once you have an account, you will be able to earn loyalty points simply by signing up, celebrating a birthday, writing reviews, and sharing our products.
Once you have accumulated a certain amount of loyalty points, your account will prompt you via email to ask if you would like to redeem them. If you choose to redeem them, you will be given a coupon code that can be entered at checkout on your next purchase for your extra savings.
