Welcome to the Rylee’s Corner and Wyrm & Whelp TV Giveaway! This promotion is a collaboration between Rylee’s Corner and Wyrm & Whelp. Please read these official rules carefully before entering.

How to Enter

• Purchase Entry: Receive one entry, including a ticket stub, for every $5 spent (excluding tax) made in-person at either Rylee’s Corner or Wyrm & Whelp, between September 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025, during event operating hours that either business is set up at. Purchases from either company qualify for an entry.
• Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): Visit Rylee’s Corner or Wyrm & Whelp at any popup event, during operating hours to complete a free entry form with your name, address, city, state, zip code, age, and (if under 18) parent/guardian’s phone number and email address. You will receive a ticket stub upon submission. Alternatively, mail a 3×5 card with your name, address, city, state, zip code, age, and (if under 18) parent/guardian’s phone number and email to: TV Giveaway, 109 W. 5th Ave, Warren, PA 16365. Mailed entries must be received by September 30, 2025. A ticket stub will be assigned to valid mailed entries.

Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 13 or older as of September 1, 2025.
• No residency restrictions apply.
• Employees of Rylee’s Corner or Wyrm & Whelp, their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children), and persons living in the same household as employees are not eligible.
• Void where prohibited by law. 

Prize

• Prize Description: One (1) 32-inch Onn ROKU Smart television valued at approximately $98.
• Details: No cash alternative or substitution is permitted, except at the discretion of Rylee’s Corner and Wyrm & Whelp in the event of prize unavailability. The prize is non-transferable. The winner is responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes on the prize.
• Minors: If the winner is under 18, the prize will be awarded to their parent or legal guardian, who must provide proof of guardianship.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Selection: One winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries on October 1, 2025.
• Notification: The winner will be announced by their first name and ticket stub number on the official Facebook page of Rylee’s Corner and Wyrm & Whelp on October 1, 2025. The winner (or their parent/guardian if under 18) must respond via private message on Facebook within 7 days of the announcement (by 11:59 PM EDT on October 8, 2025) to claim the prize.
• Prize Claiming: The winner (or parent/guardian for minors) must pick up the prize in-person at 109 W. 5th Ave, Warren, PA 16365, within 7 days of responding, during regular business hours. The winner must present the original ticket stub provided at entry, along with proof of identity and age (e.g., government-issued ID). For minors, the parent/guardian must also provide proof of guardianship.
• Alternate Winner: If the winner does not respond by October 8, 2025, or fails to claim the prize with the ticket stub, an alternate winner will be selected via random drawing and announced on October 9, 2025, with the same 7-day response and pickup requirements.

Odds of Winning

• Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Privacy

• Personal information collected (name, address, city, state, zip code, age, and parent/guardian’s phone number/email for minors) will be used solely for the administration of this giveaway, including winner notification and prize fulfillment.
• Information will not be used for marketing purposes or shared with third parties.
• All personal information will be securely destroyed after the giveaway concludes on October 15, 2025, or when the prize is claimed, whichever is later.

Additional Rules

• General: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Rylee’s Corner and Wyrm & Whelp, which are final and binding in all matters related to the giveaway.
• Disqualification: Rylee’s Corner and Wyrm & Whelp reserve the right to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process, or violating these rules.
• No Shipping: The prize must be claimed in-person; no shipping or delivery is available.
• Marketing Use: By entering, participants consent to Rylee’s Corner and Wyrm & Whelp using their first name in marketing materials, such as social media posts, to announce the winner of the giveaway.
• Facebook, ONN, & ROKU Disclaimer: This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, ONN, or ROKU. Entrants release Facebook, ONN, and ROKU from any liability related to this giveaway.
• Liability: Rylee’s Corner and Wyrm & Whelp are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical issues affecting entry submission or winner notification.
• Compliance: Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
